Internship with PEFI is a once in a lifetime opportunity as you are making an impact in the communities. It is not a typical internship, but a life changing experience. You will be exposed to a variety of events, projects and people. PEFI is known for its work at grassroot level with the underprivileged sections of society for a cause that will impact on the future of thousands of kids and young sporting talent.

Your inputs are valuable to us, hence we always motivate two-way communication with our interns. While interning at PEFI you will have professional and personal space and freedom to encourage creative thinking and a sense of ownership with anything to do with us. At the end of internship, you will be provided with a certificate and depending upon your performance you may be offered a permanent position with PEFI.

While interning with PEFI you will be connected with a Mentor who will guide you throughout your tenure at PEFI and beyond that in order to help you to achieve your professionals goals and objectives. Our internship programme has been carefully designed to empower you with leadership and people management qualities and operational knowledge of social enterprenuership.

Selection Process:
We try our best to provide as many internship opportunities as possible, but due to the high inflow of applications we have to follow a selection process. A team of experts which consists of top educators, sports professionals and managers chooses the candidates based on a well-defined criterion.

Once we receive your application, our selection committee will review your application. Selection committee then recommends the names of candidates to be called for an interview. After the interview you will be informed about the results within five working days.
