Under the Initiative of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Physical Education Foundation of India (National Sports Promotion Organization) recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (MYAS) started the #FitnesswithPEFI initiative by organizing the “3 Minutes Fitness Activity Video Challenge” with the Theme, “Fitness Ka Dose Aadha Ghanta Roz” we want to see a different concept, unique ways and injury less activities from your side. (It’s Totally Your Creativity).

The Last Date of Sending Your Video is 23rd June 2022.
1. All the Participants Will Get the Participation Certificates.

2. Fitness Video will be Judged According to the Age Category.
(2 First Place, 2 Second Place & 2 Third Place from Each Age Category)

GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED

1. Video Should be made in Proper Sports Attire and wearing of Sports Shoes is Compulsory.
2. Please Warm up before Filming your Video and Cool Down afterward to Lower the Risk of Strains and Sprains.
3. The video should be made under the supervision and guidance of the Parents.
4. You can add any Music in your Video/if you want you can add small clips of 15-25 Seconds to make it Complete
   Video.
5. Don’t Add Warm-up and Cool Down Parts in your Video. Only the Main Fitness Activity Part Should be there in the Video.
6. This is not a Compulsory Competition & you will not Challenge any Judges, In Charge or Management for the Results.
   It’s totally your Creativity.
7. Video Should be Send to the WhatsApp Number of the Concerned ”In-Charge” Only
   (Video Must Contain Your Full Name, School/Institute Name, Phone Number and Email Address)
